Cystadleuthau Jiwbilî Platinwm Ysgolion Sir Ddinbych
Ym mis Mehefin, bydd y Frenhines yn dathlu ei Jiwbilî Platinwm - gan nodi 70 mlynedd anhygoel ar orsedd Prydain.
Fel rhan o'r dathliadau hyn, gweithiodd Gwasanaethau Addysg a Phlant Sir Ddinbych gyda Chadeirydd y Cyngor i ddyfeisio cyfres o gystadleuthau cyffrous i ysgolion. Roedd rhywbeth ar gyfer pob oedran - dylunio baneri, ysgrifennu llythyrau, adeiladu cerfluniau, addurno bisgedi, hyd yn oed pobi brenhinol!
Mae gennym rai plant a phobl ifanc talentog iawn yn Sir Ddinbych ac ’roedd eu ceisiadau i gyd yn wych. Mae llawer o waith caled, ymdrech a chreadigrwydd wedi mynd i'r holl gystadlaethau ac maent wedi bod yn anodd iawn eu barnu.
O'r diwedd, ar ôl derbyn 2,407 o geisiadau anhygoel dros y 7 cystadleuaeth a llawer o grafu pen a thrafod, cyhoeddir yr enillwyr fel a ganlyn:-

Denbighshire Platinum Jubilee Schools Competitions
In June, the Queen will be celebrating her Platinum Jubilee - marking an incredible 70 years on the British throne.
As part of these celebrations, Denbighshire Education and Children’s Services worked with the Chairman of the Council to devise a series of exciting competitions for schools. There was something for all ages - flag designing, letter writing, sculpture building, biscuit decorating, even a royal bake-off!
We have some very talented children and young people in Denbighshire and their entries were all brilliant. A lot of hard work, effort and creativity has gone into all the competitions and they have been really difficult to judge.
At long last, after receiving an amazing 2,407 entries over the 7 competitions and a lot of head scratching and deliberation, the winners are announced as follows:-

Dathlu Jiwbilî Platinwm y Frenhines
Efallai mai dim ond mis Mawrth 2022 yw hi, ond mae paratoadau ar y gweill ar gyfer cyfres o ddigwyddiadau sy'n cael eu cynnal yn Sir Ddinbych yr Haf hwn i nodi Jiwbilî Platinwm y Frenhines.
Fel rhan o'r dathliadau hyn, mae Addysg a Gwasanaethau Plant Sir Ddinbych wedi gweithio gyda Chadeirydd y Cyngor i ddyfeisio cyfres o gystadlaethau cyffrous i ysgolion, fel ffordd berffaith o ddathlu Jiwbilî Platinwm y Frenhines. Mae rhywbeth ar gyfer pob oedran - dylunio baner, ysgrifennu llythyrau, adeiladu cerfluniau, addurno bisgedi, hyd yn oed pobi brenhinol!
Rydym yn gobeithio y bydd y cystadlaethau yn helpu plant a phobl ifanc yn ein hysgolion
ddysgu am y Frenhines a'i 70 mlynedd o wasanaeth, mewn ffordd hwyliog a diddorol.
Celebrating The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
It might only be March 2022, but preparations are under way for a string of events taking place in Denbighshire this summer to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
As part of these celebrations, Denbighshire Education and Children’s Services has worked with the Chairman of the Council to devise a series of exciting competitions for schools, as a perfect way to celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. There’s something for all ages - flag designing, letter writing, sculpture building, biscuit decorating, even a royal bake-off!
We hope that the competitions will help children and young people in our schools
find out about the Queen and her 70 years of service, in a fun and engaging way.
Bydd pob enillydd cystadleuaeth yn cael cynnig coeden i'w phlannu yn eu hysgol fel rhan o Ddathliadau Jiwbilî Canopi Gwyrdd y Frenhines.
Every competition winner will be offered a tree to plant at their School as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy Jubilee Celebrations.

Mae canu yn weithgaredd gwych - mae'n ein gwneud ni'n hapus, yn ein helpu i anadlu'n ddyfnach, yn gwella sgiliau cyfathrebu, yn hybu ein gallu i ddysgu ac yn rhoi hyder i ni!
Mae Eleri Watkins, Cydlynydd Cerdd Sir Ddinbych, yn gwahodd Ysgolion Cynradd ac Arbennig Sir Ddinbych i ymuno â hi mewn awr o weithgareddau canu i godi calon a magu hyder - i gyd mewn amgylchedd diogel.
Mae Beth am Ganu yn gynllun peilot canu newydd a chyffrous gwych i blant oed cynradd Sir Ddinbych. Mae’r sesiynau blasu AM DDIM hyn, drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg, gynllunwyd ar gyfer disgyblion CA2, yn RHYNGWEITHIOL IAWN! Mae’r plant i gyd yn symud, chwerthin, canu ac ymgysylltu.

Let's get Denbighshire children
singing and smiling!
Singing is a fantastic activity - it makes us happy, helps us breathe more deeply, improves communication skills, boosts our ability to learn and gives us confidence!
Eleri Watkins, Denbighshire Music Co-ordinator, invites Denbighshire Primary and Special Schools to join her in an uplifting hour of singing and confidence building activities, all in a safe environment.
Let’s Sing is a fabulous new and exciting singing pilot for Denbighshire primary age children. These FREE taster sessions, in Welsh and English, designed for pupils in KS2, are HUGELY INTERACTIVE! All the children move, laugh, sing and connect.

Workshops have already taken place in schools during November and December 2021 and we’re already planning some more in the New Year!
